>> COVID-19 (coronavirus) latest: stay at home as much as possible
Get the latest NHS information and advice about COVID-19 (coronavirus) here and find out more about how you can get a test for coronavirus if you have symptoms, here. It's important to remember that you can still get medical help if you need it, using your smartphone, tablet device or computer. The NHS has published Health at Home advice, here and we're adding more resources on this website in our Lifestyle and self-care section. If you need additional support, there's lots of information available on the North Yorkshire County Council website. The Government has also published information about how we can all help to control the virus if we stay alert.
NHS advice and guidance for clinicians working in primary, secondary and social care, can be found here.

'NHS remains open to help you with your health condition'
>> The Spring Bank Holiday is on Monday 25 May. Many GP practices in North Yorkshire will be closed and your regular pharmacy may have amended opening hours, or not be open at all. If you urgently need a doctor, dial 111. There's further information about pharmacy opening times in our Clinical Portal.
NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was established on 1 April 2020. It replaces NHS Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby CCG, NHS Harrogate and Rural District CCG and NHS Scarborough and Ryedale CCG which have now been dissolved. Clinical commissioning groups are responsible for planning and buying health services and medicines. In North Yorkshire, our budget for 2020-21 will be approximately £680 million.
The website for NHS North Yorkshire CCG is currently in development and while we will endeavour to bring new and relevant content 'on-stream' as quickly as possible, we acknowledge it will take time to bring everything together from those CCGs which have now been disestablished. In the meantime, if you are unable to find what you are looking for here, please click on the icons below to be taken to the websites of the three former CCGs.
